「My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was half a roll of toilet paper that had something disgusting on it and the holder was ripped off the wall so it was just sitting on the toilet. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent.
