「Our room was lovely and spacious, and the routine breakfast was pretty good. Our coffee maker was broken, but was replaced. Evidently, the custom is to not offer maid service unless requested. We had to ask for clean towels and coffee. Would have been nice to have a maid come in, make the bed, tidy up the room, and refill the coffee supply.」

「As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for' is apropos to this place, but the worse I've been in. No one is on the property which was frustrating. We would have tried to get a different motel/hotel but they were full in this small town. It's all by phone...if you need help with something, forget it. 「Great location and staff. Food and amenities were also 4 Star Resort worthy. All staff were super friendly and provided white glove service. Bathrooms could use updating, remodeling, at least in my room. The bathrooms were more what you would expect at a 3 Star or less rated hotel. Especially given it is in Park City. WiFi could also be upgraded.」

「The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」
