"The property is clean and very convenient to Chapultepec which has lots of restaurants. Room smelled like cigarette upon arriving. Luckily, they were able to move us to another room. If you stay in the rooms facing the Main Street and you are a light sleeper, You might want to reconsider as you can hear very motor that passes by."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was always super nice, available, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get connected with transportation to/from the airport, food recs, and find local spots to tour. The rooms were so nice and always clean! They have water AND ice in the hallways, and they have a rooftop pool and dinner/bar area available on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved this hotel SO much!!! We reserved it for 2 nights when we first arrived at Guadalajara. We extended 3 times and stayed for the whole week, because I didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic in a nice shopping center with nice restaurants and cafes. Loved our room and the staff was very friendly. The pool is beautiful too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back the next time we're in Guadalajara. We travelled around the stayed for 2 weeks and I compared every hotel/room to the Mid Town Hilton :)"
