"Such an amazing experience. High end luxury hotel right in the heart of manhattan. Staff is fantastic. Had a lovely concierge (Christian) who gave us great recommendations for food and entertainment in the area. Highly recommend!"

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "

"This is the second time in three years that we’ve stayed here and it was as good if not better than the first time. We stayed here for 9 days and the place is very clean, air conditioning works great, the place is centrally located and the subway stations are just down the street. It’s a safe place, the staff was welcoming and we will be returning hopefully next year when we again visit New York as we like to do very year . "
