"Not a great place to stay - near railroad so it was noisy in the night"

"The number of parking spaces was adequate but could use some more. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and in pristine condition. The bed was vey comfortable. The A/C worked well and silently. The breakfast room was ample, comfortable and the food offerings were ample. This was a great choice to spend the night."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in. They had nice cold freshwater, which is always nice. The ice machine was not working on the first floor. The first floor bathroom was out of toilet paper and the trash was over filling everywhere. Our room was nice and tidy looking until we went to the sheets and they were stained with what look like food. The bathroom was OK. This hotel was our go to place every time we visited Midland, which is at least once a month from spring to fall it’s just sad how fast its upkeep is dwindling."

"This was our second stay here. Rebooked because our first stay was great. Very clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast the first time was amazing. They had breakfast bowls. However, this stay seems like they got rid of the bowls. The family and I were looking forward to those. And the breakfast this time around was a little bland. Not as many options as our first stay. That was the only disappointment. The eggs were very water and soggy. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable stay. Mostly quiet. Except for the noisy people that were on the floor above us that made alot of noise. "

"As always the room, & staff were great, but the noise from the kid or kids running the halls, the crying ... did not let me sleep that hreat, i drive 8hrs to get here and will continue to do so hopefully next time will be better 🙂🙂"
