Great stop getting across country. Excellent value

Front desk, honored my request for the type of room and the location of it. They were immediately helpful when the TV needed some attention. The location in town is very good, close to everything condition of the hotel is very nice and the other guests are respectful and quiet.

My sister was reprimanded for her kids walking around. They are 3 and 2. Weigh maybe 25 pounds each. It was 4 pm. Never mind there were dogs barking and the room across the hall the kids were rowdy at 11:30.

Our Texas Visit

We stayed three nights in La Quinta at Andrews, TX. The location was great as it was just a few blocks from family. The room was clean but somewhat worn, stains on the couch cushions. Bed was okay. You always sleep best at home, Breakfast was served until 8:00 only. Would have been nicer a bit later. It had good variety and tasted good. The employees were all friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean, although I did not use the pool. The main complaint was finding staff. The person who worked the front desk was having to help people at the desk and having to keep the breakfast area supplied. We had to wait quite a while to check in. There was no one at the desk. They were having to clean something up. Saturday morning at breakfast we were constantly waiting on breakfast items because she was busy with people at the front desk.

Picture didn’t fit the Room

Dissatisfied at check in because the picture Hotel com on website did not match the room we got. I was attending a family funeral and the picture on website showed a “sitting area” in the room. The hotel said that type of room is an executive suite. The manager was wonderful and couldn’t get it corrected the first night but did 2nd night. It wasn’t La Quintas fault but hotel . Com needs to get correct picture

The air conditioner broke and soaked the room floors. The elevator was broke so at 7 months pregnant with an 11 month old I was climbing 3 sets of stairs. Breakfast was mediocre. Do not recommend…

Great stay

Overall our stay was great, very clean room. Only bathroom looked like it needed some remodel,but was clean. Front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing, took her about 30 min to set me for the room.
