「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,...

「For the price the rooms were lovely and clean the staff were kind and helpful Nothing was missing and even though the facilities are aged it’s very obvious they are well looked after. Bed was large and quite comfy and bedding was also clean and comfy. Late checkout was £10 for 1pm which is amazing I have no complaints and will be returning」

「Parking felt safe, the reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Ideally located with a bus stop nearby for travel into town. Also a pub nearby for food and drink which was very reasonable.」

「We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too. Will definitely return.」

「Location is desirable with 20-min walk to the Bus Station. Reception staff are kind and helpful. Safe and tranquil even walking back from Bus Station to the hotel at 9-ish pm. Free carpark and breakfast 👍 Minor drawbacks：no fridge and telephone in the room. Hotel phones can be used in the lobby though.」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」
