「Staff were excellent 」

「Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. 」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,...

「Very quiet area to stay and great opportunity to recharge/relax in the spa/gym facilities. Our room was nice and big with an extra comfy bed. Kitchen offers gluten free food for breakfast and the rest of the day. Plenty of parking available.」

「Parking felt safe, the reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Ideally located with a bus stop nearby for travel into town. Also a pub nearby for food and drink which was very reasonable.」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「Location is desirable with 20-min walk to the Bus Station. Reception staff are kind and helpful. Safe and tranquil even walking back from Bus Station to the hotel at 9-ish pm. Free carpark and breakfast 👍 Minor drawbacks：no fridge and telephone in the room. Hotel phones can be used in the lobby though.」

「I was a bit sceptical of the premier inns but we gave it a go and gee I’m glad I did, it was very comfortable. The food was awesome, my child ate free and the entire experience was glorious. I will definitely be staying again.」
