「部屋の写真が無かったので、期待していませんでしたが、とてもキレイで快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、朝食もバリエーションがあり良かったです。ただチェックイン時支払い済みに関わらず「支払いされていない」と2回言われ「onlineの領収書を見せる」と言っても反応なく、不安になったのでこの評価です。」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「Pitch view room was very impressive and worth the visit. Nicely presented hotel, friendly staff and good selection of drink at the bar. Rooms were nice and clean with good temperature control. Restaurant food was good, we only had the pizzas but they were nice. Breakfast was not great. Sausages seemed stale and ove」
