「The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.」

「Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options. 「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「Very comfortable stay in a well presented property, lovely decoration, great bed and very nice restaurant which accommodated us for a late dinner! Highly recommend this property.」

「Vieil immeuble, mais les chambres ont été rénovées. Elles sont compactes, mais toutes les commodités y sont. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, alors pour un séjour d’une nuit, il faut prévoir un bagage à mains contenant tout ce qui est essentiel, surtout si notre chambre est au 4e étage. Le personnel est avenant et nous avons très bien mangé au resto (dîner et petit-déjeuner). 」
