「One of the elevators was out so we had to walk to available one on the other side of the building. Our first room’s air conditioner would not get cool. When it did, it would kick the heat on. We were moved rooms and that air conditioner worked fine. Stephanie on the overnight staff was really helpful」

「We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff took the time to have a genuine conversation with us, and when they learned we were in Huntsville to take my son to the Space & Rocket Center, they thoughtfully gave us a room facing the giant rocket. Being able to see it from our room meant so much because my son was beyond excited. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the Space & Rocket Center....

「Everything was perfect about our stay. Totally blown away by how perfect everything was extending right out into the town. There is the coolest community of wonderful people there and they are making it feel almost Hollywood perfect town feel. Can’t say enough good about everyone I talked to seemed so upbeat and happy. 「Room was clean. Staff very nice good breakfast. Only thing maybe the air conditioning in the room may need worked on or checked didn’t get very cold. But overall a good stay」

「Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.」

「I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!」

「After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. The lady who did clean was very sweet. Mikalylah? Staff that were helpful, friendly and polite... Torey, Harrison, Natalie and Tia, and a few others. Two women at the front desk whom I will not name were not only unfriendly, but seemed to have been bothered whenever I had a need, i.e. more towels or the times I had...

「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「The breakfast selection is great. Definitely one of the best continental breakfasts i have had. The pool is SMALL but it did the job. It's an older hotel but the room was clean and the beds are very comfy. I would definitely stay there again.」
