「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「Great breakfast if the omelet line wasn't so long」

「This is a newer hotel, and it is well maintained. Located right next to Toyota Field, the home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas minor league baseball team, this hotel makes for a short walk if you're staying for the ballgame like we were. The hotel is also just a short drive to the US Space Rocket Center. We were very happy with the stay and the quality of the facility.」

「Clean rooms and nice staff at front」

「This was our first time staying at a Trilogy hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful with so amazingly decorated with such odd yet beautiful furniture throughout. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are also very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious at the on site restaurant. The hotel also sits directly beside Big Spring Park so we sat on the patio and enjoyed a live concert in the park with food trucks and the works. Highly recommended....
