「Lovely place to stay 」

「This guest house is our place of choice in Tunbridge Wells. It is family run, economically priced, and has always been convenient for us over many visits. They have also responded to special requests due to health issues. Thank you.」

「It's Brighton, so not far from anything. Close to the Lanes. They have a discount deal with a local restaurant but you have to ask for it. The onsuite single room was small but I was there to sleep not entertain, so that was okay for me. The only slight negative was that it was not very dark when the lights went out. But as I said earlier was asleep at night so only a little negative.」

「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」

「I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.」
