"The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel is great for shopping and eating. The mrt entrance is right near the entrance of the hotel. Note, they offer free vacuum packing for hotel guests! This was great for packing"

"breakfast was nice, pool decent - they change rules person to person that was annoying, and added extra charges upon checkout that I couldn't really argue about and 12%surcharge if you use incidental as credit as a'convenience' fee so thats dumb. wasnt overly impressed outside of the room the room was nice"
