「The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway.」

「Beautiful property, quaint interior and very well maintained, ***very clean*** Would recommend better signage and or reflective lights at driveway entrance. Easy to miss in the evening which I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful pastoral, location, self service (no staff or registration), comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom. Nice gathering space with coffee/tea available. We did experience quite a bit of noise from the guests (who arrived after midnight) directly above us and since we were the only two rooms (8 suites total available) I’m not sure why they had us together and not separated. Both the bathroom and closet doors did not fully close without slamming them forcefully.」

「We were surprised to receive an upgrade to our room when we arrived. Everything was clean and the staff was more than accommodating. Breakfast was just okay, but good enough. The Inn was quiet, even when meetings were being held on the first floor. Parking was free and abundant. Lovely old inn that was close to shopping, dining and the lake.」
