「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「All shifts but especially the Night shift staff are wonderful! We had issues with the vending machines and elevator and the sole night shift worker rushed to the occasion and helped resolve the issues quickly! So friendly and even opened the breakfast bar early since we had to leave before the regular breakfast opening times! 」
