「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Location was perfect for us to attend a wedding. However, no air conditioning in the property. We were on ground floor on anyone walking on second floor caused loud creaking! Bathtub had a mysterious knob we gave up on trying to mix hot and cold water. I it clean with towels and soap and shampoo etc. Decor a bit outdated and a bit odd. We did not use the fridge or microwave or rangetop but they were available. It was OK but not great.」

「We didn't want valet parking and there was no other choice. Valet parking was Very expensive. Some of the valet guys were rude. We used the shuttle app and when we requested a ride, the driver kept saying he was there and was not! Very frustrating. We were on the 8th floor and you had to take 2 elevators. No microwave s in the room. Only ice machine was on the 5 th floor. 1st day, fire 🔥 alarm went off at 7 am, some idiot was smoking in the room.」

「Property allowed guest to use amenities before and after checkout. Easy communication when towels were needed and garbage needed taken out. All staff was very friendly and welcoming to travelers.」

「Absolutely LOVED our stay at Gravity Haus. Funky design, spacious and well delayed out rooms. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, perfect location. We could not have been happier!! This is an incredible GEM … not to be missed!!」

「We liked the location, just at the West end of Main Street. So shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Everything seemed to be within a mile from the condo. When the Hyatt manager checked us in, he commented we will pay the Resort Fee and another fee after our stay. Then they billed us another $50. $50 that is not accounted for anywhere.」
