The pictures was beautiful when I booked my trip . Once I enter the apartment it smelled wet like mildew. I immediately called the owner and he was very confrontational. The table in the dining room was dirty. The floors were dirty and we only had two face towels, two bath towels and one and a half rolls of tissue and a half of things of paper towel. For a 4 day stay . I had to go purchase cleaning supplies also toiletry for my stay. The AC will get from warm to cold throughout the day the good part of it it was pots and plates and silverware.

Felt like home. I didn’t have to interact with a lobby filled of people, entered the code for the door and walked right into a clean furnished luxury apartment.

The place is spacey and equipped with all we needed. The tile floor (ground floor) gave a weird feeling of not beeing level and my hubby claimed he smelled mold everywhere (nothing was visible buttheroom looked recetly painted). Location great for parks, beach, shopping; the Whole Foods and Walgreens are about 10min stroll away.

Although the accommodations appeared to be clean, the floors needed to be mopped. The furniture needed repairs and were outdated and rusty towel bars were falling apart. The actual linen that was provided was stained, and the towels had holes in them and frankly was thin and cheap

Atrocious bathroom linen.

The location was great and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The area was quiet. Received a parking ticket as off street parking meter ran out. The place needs fresh paint and NEW towels. The towels were atrocious. Hard to believe that management would allow the towels to be torn, stained and paper thin. Overall, we would stay again for the convenience and rate, but definitely only if the above corrections were made.

This property isn’t as advertised in terms of furniture and decor. Actually, you’re basically getting an apartment that presents like a college dorm. The pictures on their site don’t portray an accurate description. However, the property is in a great location as you can walk to the majority of restaurants and attractions in North Miami. South Beach is also less than 1 mile away.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated unit with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and small couch. The only downsides were that I asked for queen beds and got a king, and I didn't receive check-in instructions before arriving, so I had to call the property manager when we got to Miami. He did pick up the phone right away and did send me the instructions. I'd book it again

We stayed 6 nights. The area is very quiet, a little far away from south beach, 22 min walk. Not easy to find parking, the place is big include everything in the kitchen. Have a dinning room, nice restroom. Bedroom is also clean and nice. The house manager Alex is very responsible. I think it's worth the money. The thing that annoyed me is the wifi. Super unstable，up and down up and down more than 20 times per night. If someone is on a business trip, i suggest not to live here unless they fix it. To sum up I would recommend this place!

Do not stay here!

Don’t normally leave reviews but must let everyone know the pictures do not match the apartment. The apartment was dingy, walls and baseboards filthy, furniture beat up, sheets stained, the whole experience was terrible. Ended up leaving the apartment to check into the Marriott up the street for the end of vacation. There’s nothing Lux about Sobe Lux, would never stay again. 0/10 do not recommend!

Upstairs ruined our experience

The actual place & location was not too bad but be aware that you have to look for parking elsewhere. The first night we were kept up by the EXTREMELY noisy people upstairs. It sounded like they were fighting & slamming themselves onto the ground multiple times until 4am . I let the host know & he said he would talk to them. The next night it was quiet but our 3rd night they played a screaming recording on full blast until about 7am. That’s just unacceptable, we had a long drive ahead of us & didn’t get a good night sleep because of this unfixed issue.

I don't know how this property has good reviews. There was water damage when we stayed here. There was water coming from upstairs, but they neglected to have maintenance come and fix the issue. It got all on our makeup and clothing. There were multiple people who were lurking around the apartment, looking inside. Even knocked on the window. Unacceptable when there’s a whole bunch of girls inside. They didn’t want to give us more towels, they only said they brought them during certain days. They didn’t attend to our needs, so I disputed them. Will not be staying here ever again! Beware!

Great stay, needs sun blocking drapes

As a family we travel quite often and being a Miami native I knew what to expect of the city and more or less what to expect of our stay which was quite pleasant... with one exception. (Julia) Please have your vendors service your unit when is empty. I know this can be tricky especially if their is an issue but we were awoken from an afternoon nap by our scared children as you were opening the door to test the fire alarm. A heads up, maybe a quick text would have been nice as I was in constant communication with Alex. As you'll read in other reviews the parking is a hassle if you're not used to $30+ nightly rates or playing chess with your car (FDOT is your opponent) this will come as a surprise so don't blame the property if you get towed. As others have mentioned in their reviews the lack of blinds are the main reason for my score. You mentioned in another review that its avail upon request but it shouldn't be, it should be standard in every room. Aside from that everything was great. Location was great, plenty of food options all around us and pretty quiet for our standards.
