Property photos are not accurate! Property is not “gated”, gate open and no code required for entry. People loitering around property, hiding stuff in bushes, not safe feeling at all. Room door was completely open upon check in. Immediately turned around and asked to cancel check in. They refused. Expedia wouldn’t help. Hotel wouldn’t even charge me one night and credit back the rest, charged for the full stay (4nights) even though I didn’t touch the room. Do no book!

They did not communicate that they didn't take Amex credit cards. They also overcharged us for a pillow stain. Never have I ever had a damage to a room. I would not stay here if I could help it. Only benefit is that it's close to the beach.

I love the Front Desk woman name Mariana. She was professional and very nice. I can appreciate the early check-in as well because we missed our flight. The aparthotel we stayed in was nice and spacious. Although we didn’t have towels or wash cloths in our room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

when we first arrived we were asked to put down a deposit that we weren’t aware we would have to pay. Once in the room, all the towels were dirty, bed had stains, and the counter tops had bugs crawling around. Took several hours to finally get moved to another room. Once in that room it was a spider in the shower and the beds still had stains on the sheets

No bath mat, no face cloth and no hand towel. If we asked fresh towels doesn’t give us. The housekeeping said need to wait 3days from the day we check in. The mattress pad was dirty!

1. Office location moved without notice. Had to lug luggage around city streets to find it. 2. Directions to room were confusing and had to lug luggage around city streets again to find building location. 3. No towels in room. 4. Limited English skills of staff other than front office. LOCATION - a very short walk to the beach, so there was that. Would I stay again? No.

The first thing I’ll start with is that I originally book for Oceanside suites the one with the pool when I arrived they had put me in seaside suites. Pictures look nothing like the rooms.. the floor was so dirty my feet would get dirty just walking around the room even after I had showered.. I had to wear my shoes around the room… The staff refused to give me extra toilet paper on a 5 day stay. The one I started with was half a roll. The sheets were stained with yellow and pink stains. Had a weird smell in the room. Also the staff spoke to me very disrespectfully when I had questions or concerns. & for The neighborhood I only was walking to my car parked on the street over and was followed until I pulled my phone out to “record” them.

I stayed here twice. Stay 1: 2 nights - building behind main location. This is Florida. It's tropical. Mold grows if things are left damp. I am sympathetic. THIS was not that. I could LITERALLY barely breathe in this room because of the overwhelming amount of mold. It was EVERYWHERE, covering every surface. The entire floor, the walls, & the ceiling & you can't open any windows. I asked the front desk if another room was available. No dice. I asked for some bleach to clean it myself. No bleach, but they would send housekeeping 'round in the morning. Couldn't wait until morning so I bought bleach, some sponges, & some other cleaning supplies & spent hours cleaning. Still smelled like mold, but minimally. Housekeeping did come in the morning, but I didn't need them at that point. I never asked for any refund of any kind. Stay 2: 2 nights - main building. This room had a normal level of mold for FL, but had several other issues. No garbage can in the kitchen. Freezer was literally so full of ice crystals that I couldn't close it. I chipped those off, closed the freezer & then the refrigerator wasn't cold, ruining food I just bought & leaving a pool of water on the floor. The worst part BY FAR: the shower. Not exaggerating AT ALL when I say that every 30 seconds, the shower went from either SCALDING to FREEZING or the other way around for the ENTIRE shower. It was AWFUL & not a fluke - happened both days. Also, No handles on the faucets in either kitchen!!! Terrible.

Property was nothing like the pictures. Bars on windows/entrance. No communication tried calling no response. Sent messages no response from hotel or Expedia. Once booked found out it was 4 random properties homeless people outside. Got to property and it did t look safe ended up having to stay at another hotel. Still no response sw from hotel or Expedia.

They most worried about the $100 deposit more than everything room didn’t clean on arrival checking was 3:00 pm I never got the room until 8:00/ 9:00 pm and I could go on and on

The hotel is worn out and needs extreme, deep cleaning and new sheets and towels (they were all stained or torn). Needs new plumbing and new furniture that is not broken and the bed was sitting on top of exposed wooden blocks that were obviously, not a part of the bed base. The pool chairs were all broken if you sit in one you risk sinking to the floor. On the day of checkout, saw a big roach that appeared to be pregnant and was not even surprised as the cleanliness throughout seemed subpar to say the least so was just more grossed out but again, not surprised smh. Stayed and didn't switch because it was quiet and since I didn't spend much time in the room or hotel space for my purpose of being in Miami I thought I would just suck it up for this time. But would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Horrible my boyfriend & I stayed here we each booked a room. In my room the television wasn’t working so I requested a refund and decided to just sleep in my boyfriend’s room. In his room there was literally roaches! (will try to insert pictures), I am still working on a refund for my room - they told him he could not receive a refund. The final room they gave us was by the pool (which goes to 5ft) and while it was better compared to the others two it still had orange/black stains on the white sheets. There is no phone to call to receptionist you have to walk over and most times the receptionist is not there.

The room was a little dirty and there were some cracks in the floor when I checked in. I asked them to clean it and they cleaned most of it but not all of it. I cleaned the spots they missed. However it’s in a good neighborhood and my stay was mostly good. I rate the hotel a 79/100.

Do not get trapped here! They advertise as the lobby address but in real the hotel is in another location. The place is not terrible, but the mold smell is unbearable, we even bought an air purifier and tons of antiallergic but it it didn’t help. Very pricey, wouldn’t recommend. Staff is friendly though, we could have a late checkout last day.

When we got to the property I was told that housekeeping will happen every 3 days we were there a week and never got our rom clean, I ask several times they just send clean towels. Horrible communication when you ask for something otherwise they answered pretty fast. I am still waiting on my deposit. The day we were leaving they sent a cleaning lady 30min before check-out to our door. I wouldn't recomend

Property was Amazing the pool was clean the suite was clean I love the fact that you could cook in the suite we were close to everything and parking was reasonable and easy I will be booking with them again for my next Miami stay customer service was very good no complaints

The price was a good value. We were not offered a map to the room, and it was somewhat difficult to find. The faucet in the shower was very hard to turn off so that it didn't drip. On the other hand, the kitchenette was a plus, and it was stocked with dishes and flatware.

I made my reservation with my wife and my 3-year-old daughter, the room was very dirty the windows did not open at all The sheets and towels smelled of chlorine the whole room was chlorinated and I didn't sleep in the room almost all night because I was afraid for the 2-year-old little girl, I asked for their help but the guy who worked there didn't take my request into consideration at all, I was forced to buy the materials to clean the room myself and I went in and cleaned for several hours, shame that these Miami hotels exist, it was a bad experience, if you don't believe me, go and move the beds just one meter from the place and you will discover a place full of garbage, I'm sorry that Miami has such a reputation and has this garbage among it,
