The staff of the motel was the most excellent staff that I’ve ever dealt with very friendly very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place due to the staff and the owner, especially the Spanish guy that works at night time. Harvey went out of his way every single time to help us out and never said no it was very great with the kids and service animals.

The room had no electric outlet for AC. I had a suite which had a refrigerator that only 2 can sodas would fit. I went to office to get towels and they said they wouldn’t have clean towels until 11am which was check out time. I requested at 6am. I waited 3 hours for a cart to take my belongings out of room from 3rd floor.

The room was in decent condition. No excuse for the shower curtain rod to be so obviously bent, should be replaced immediately. I'm a single man who stayed there alone so I just toughed it out. However I would not recommend this place for women and children. An older man also staying there said this place is a "dump". Even though I did not disagree with him and frustrated that the cable tv did not work, I still give 3 stars because 1) the parking lot is good - no problem parking and leaving my rental car. 2) The staff / personnel is very good - all of them nice and professional. 3) Armed Security guard visible some nights, he should be there on duty every night 9 pm to 6 am. That could be a strong selling point in your marketing.

The hotel itself is very run down. The tvs weren’t working when I checked in. Then they started working but the tv in my room had a green line going down the side. The nightstand in my room was falling off the wall. The phone line had been cut so I was unable to call the front desk. Every time I went down to get towels, sheets or cups, there was never any available. The pool was closed and I personally witnessed someone in the stairwell smoking a crack pipe. All in all, if my stay was refundable I would have checked out immediately and not looked back

I did not even enter It was the sketchiest hotel I have ever been to this must be a high traffic drug area and homelessness. Also from my own safety I did not feel comfortable at all just by what I saw in the parking lot

The worst experience I've ever had. The place is nasty dirty. Two of the elevators did not work so people were lined up all of the time. I had to use the stairs because of my service dog. The parking are had not been cleaned in years. There were mattresses, cans and paper and dog poop everywhere. No more Motel 6 for me.

Booked suite room with refrigerator and microwave. Just gave a room with beds and told me it’s not available. Moved all my stuff when I am not in my room without my permission or informing me. Rooms and motel is not clean.
