Location is amazing. The staff is the best especially Haelly and Kevin. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast is great. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

My stay was awesome! Constantino, the manager from the hotel helped us on getting things solved very convenient to us. Our toilet had a water leaking and although it was reported when we arrived he apologized and offer us and upgrade. The hotel overall is excellent, clean and service is also very good.

The property cleaned my room, removed linens, and did not replace bath mat and face cloth. I had to make 4 different request to the staff including 2 trips to the main desk. Furthermore, the staff delivered the wrong items and I had to wait again for the proper essential items.

The bed and pillows were amazing! We got a room view of the metro train but it isn't loud, and I'm a light sleeper! Staff is really friendly. Pricey but it was during a festival so... overall amazing.
