Enclosed but when I arrived entrance doors were not closed so I was able to just walk in. My room was so HUMID and sticky, I could not sleep without being stuck to the bed sheets. I don’t know if it was the cheap sheets or the air quality.

Gas was left on in our expedia, we sniffed the fumes and passed out. The owner offered us a different accomodation for this room, which we were forced to move into with such short notice. The fire alarm was pulled one morning at 10am, and we kept getting messages regarding the property being unsafe and them having to hire someone to patrol the property. I'm very displeased because they couldn't even provide enough towels and toilet paper.

This property is quiet and clean overall. The unit has a washer and a dryer with a small box of washing powder, which is convenient for us to clean our clothes. We can also reach the Walgreen and Publix with 5 min walk. One small drawback is they do not provide enough shampoo and body wash (only a small tube for each) so we have to buy our own.

The space was spacious, and somewhat clean, but smelled mildly like a barn. In addition, we were on the first floor and the people above us walking around were EXTREMELY loud. It wasn’t that they were being disrespectful, I think it was just that there’s not much insulation and the floor was very squeaky. Also, on two different occasions, ppl working there knocked on our door. The first time they brought a mattress pad that we did not need ( no children staying with us) and the second time was about 20 minutes before check out.

I was in town for business, so I do not have too much to say about the immediate neighborhood but will say it was only a few minute walk to downtown Brickell. I liked having a little more space that a hotel room and full kitchen. The communication is excellent. I would stay again.

Very poor communication and almost impossible to check in. They don’t answer the phone and the building is difficult to find and entrance is somewhere else.

The stay was honestly super comfortable and the area around was perfect, I was able to shop for anything I needed around the area. Transportation was only a 5 min walk to anywhere near downtown and overall I would come back to this property.

Great place to stay for the week. 8/10! The communication through email was great. The place was nicely decorated. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Only minor complaints I’d have is to clean the floors better. My bare feet turned black walking around! Lol.. and replace the lids for the pots (a little dirty but couldn’t get the debris out) They should also consider having full length mirrors!

This spot was perfect for our staycation. It was clean and there was sufficient space for us in the unit! The big perk was the parking and the easy access to the downtown area and the major highways. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. I’d definitely stay here again!

Broadway Downtown Suites
I would like to rave about my stay at Broadway Suites Downtown hosted by David and Jason! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to understand and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. It was fantastic that there was parking on site and the place was in an amazing location but still quiet! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of time and effort in making their home feel like home to others. I will absolutely be back and we will recommend their home to anyone traveling to the Miami area!

Lovely apartment in a very nice area. The place was super clean. There are restaurants, pharmacies, banks, groceries in walking distance. The host was in touch with us all the time making sure we had what we needed. Parking is right there on site. My husband was able to work from there all week long without any issues. Will definitely be back.

The appartment was agreeable, quiet, comfortably air conditioned and had good beds. Very cute building. We felt safe and had everything we needed close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back sometime!

Would highly recommend
Loved the location, as it was very convenient and close to lots of nice tourists attractions in Miami! We were just minutes away from a gas station and a Publix (grocery store.) Brickell City Centre and Design district were very close and not too far to walk to if anyone is up for the adventure. Besides the great location, the rest of the stay was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and everything was modern in appearance! Communication with hosts was also really awesome.

The contactless check in was a great feature. Was contacted with important updates timely. The host checked in via email periodically to ensure all was well. No surprises with the accommodations, exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was not properly cleaned and the management had to be emailed but a housekeeper was sent the next day to clean the unit. The only TV was in the living area. The bathroom vent was not working.

Had an enjoyable experience here at BroadwaySuites. Needed a fast place to book during my process of moving and this place was perfect. Walking distance to Publix and the Brickell surrounding area. Unit was spacious enough and included a nice kitchen, living space, and laundry & dryer in unit in addition to one free parking space. Paola & the team at Rocketstay made my experience here very easy and enjoyable. Everything was communicated well, & self check in with the padlock made it a breeze.

We had a great experience staying here with our teens. We loved the separate bedroom for them and the kitchenette where we could make breakfast each day. We felt safe coming back every night after being out all day. It was a great price and suited our needs.

We loved it. It was cute and clean. Parking was difficult but if you’re using Uber or something it would be great! It has a kitchenette w/ a coffee pot. Complimentary coffee would have been perfect!

Bed in the main bedroom is not the king size described in the advertisement , it is a twin size bed .The bed sheet is very dirty and has hair on it upon check in. Due to these reasons, me and my husband could not stay more than one night. We contacted the property to cancel the rest stay which are 2 nights. At the beginning the customer service insist that the bed in the main bedroom is King Size, after about 2 hrs back and forth communication . Both the property manager and the customer service agreed to refund for 2 nights, so we moved out on the 2nd morning before check out time. Days later we contacted expedia, they said the property disagreed for the refund. The way Broadway Suites By RocketStay operates is like barbarian，I would seriously recommend any family who is looking into staying at the property to have a second thoughts. I would also sincerely suggest that this way of doing business does not benefit anyone but will hurt the owner and the whole business in the long run.
