Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The hotel staff are top notch. The hotel and amenities are what you would expect at this price point. I did not like that they nickel and dime you for items that should be included, I.e. pay extra for a basic umbrella on the beach or a refrigerator in the room.

Mondrian South Beach
Room was clean initially. during our 6 day stay I had to repeatedly request the room to be restocked and cleaned only to have it done once. They just ignored me.
