「We booked with guaranteed free parking in the price, but once we got there the host told us it was full and we had to pay to park, the host was rude and unhelpful about it. Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. I dont reccomend to anyone !」

「We were two couples staying in the two bedroom condo on the 27th floor. We were very impressed by the location, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. We had some initial confusion about what to do to check in when we first got there but one of the front bellhops assisted us and got us to the right counter.
