「My family and I stayed at this hotel for six nights, occupying three rooms—one twin and two singles. I was in one of the single rooms and wanted to share both the positives and the problems we encountered to inform others. I would first like to commend a member of staff who served us breakfast on most mornings (he seemed to be off on the 18th). He was friendly and took the time to clearly explain the menu options. All the breakfasts were delicious. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment...

「The staff was very friendly. Location is in a great area close to many great places to eat! Rooms were very clean as well.」

「Great location if you have errands to run in the Polanco area. Spacious, well equipped suites that are starting to show its age, but very well kept. Very friendly staff and attentive security personnel. Will definitely stay again. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby.」

「The lobby was under construction. There was a leak that took 3 days out of 5 days for them to fix properly. The entrance to our unit had puddles of water on the floor for the first 3 days straight and kept contacting from desk 5 times before it was fixed proper. Never offered a different room. Tried having breakfast at hotel but it was not included or a percentage off because we stayed in the hotel and was way over priced at 381 pesos per person when lots of restaurants nearby had amazing...

「Very affordable. Friendly staff and spacious room. This hotel is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that's great for a morning run and has street food. My advice is to bring more clothes because it gets cold in Mexico City at night and I think AC is uncommon in most hotels here.」
