"A nice, albeit a bit run-down, small hotel right next to Grande Place and all the key sites in central Ypres. The receptionist (maybe the owner) was friendly and explained clearly how to access the building, and especially emphasized not to park on Grande Place on Friday night so we wouldn't get towed! "It was our second stay at this hotel and if we hadn't had a good stay the first time, we would never have gone back. But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Kortrijk and there definitely will be a next time....."

"I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money."

"Very clean, lovely friendly staff (who all spoke English). Perfect location - just 5 min walk from main square and 5 min to Lille Europe Eurostar station. Delicious continental breakfast on a lovely rooftop and my 12 year old’s was free so only 13 Euros for us both! Only disappointment was there was no view from the room but for the money was above expectations. "
