"Our room was in the courtyard so it's very nice. There's a bit of construction going on, but we stayed over the weekend so it's not active."

"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Rooms were small and it was difficult for us with 2 kids but manageable. "Great view of Mt Pilatus, staff were very helpful, and parking was very accessible. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Walking distance to the bus and train station, which made it easy to go to city centre."

"The apartment was conveniently located next to the train station & a small grocery store. The kitchen didn’t have items like salt & pepper but did have plates, silverware, pans & a small dishwasher. There were certain things that challenged our ability to problem solve. We were able to use the complex washers & dryers in the building, but weren’t able to open the futon bed. We figured out the elevator system but did not confirm if our room had a thermostat & if we should leave windows closed. The apartment and balcony felt very secure & we walked every day."
