Hotel was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful for things to do in Lucerne. Breakfast was delicious and is a must if you are staying here. Restaurant and bar at night is also a really cool vibe with an open fire place.

It’s a very nice hotel, room is clean and location is also near Bahnhof. Also walking distance to Lucerne lake, very nice view from room windows. Breakfast is also great and I think over the past days of other hotel stays, this is best hotel breakfast spread we have here. Also got free Photo Booth for you to have fun pictures taken. Hotel toilet very funky.

Easy walk from train station with excellent breakfast included. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and we found a great bar/restaurant across the street. Recommend and would stay again.
