"Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied! "

"Amazing stay! The grounds are beautiful! Location is perfect, away from the main area but the hotel have a shuttle there and back. The food and drinks were lovely. The staff are fabulous - making us feel super welcome and taking the time to get to know us even over a short stay - they are a true asset to the hotel! "

"Our stay at Sumitra was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room itself was very spacious, stunning, and modern, with a layout that was thoughtfully designed. The breathtaking view made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.
The lazy river was such a unique and relaxing experience a true highlight of our trip. We also loved Flow Restaurant, which served some of the best dishes we’ve ever had in Bali, beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The Kids Club was another big plus our children absolutely loved it! It gave my wife and myself the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time together. the SU Spa, was incredibly rejuvenating.
Everything at this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best resort experience in Bali!"
