From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive – always ready to help with a smile. The resort is peacefully tucked away in lush greenery, offering a truly serene atmosphere. The pool is absolutely stunning and perfect for a quiet dip or lounging in the sun. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, making it a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Klumpu Bali Resort is a hidden gem we can wholeheartedly recommend – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Bali.

Absolute gem of a place to stay. The servwas the best we have ever experienced loved every minute of it. Complimentary breakfast, bikes, afternoon tea, welcome treat, departure gift. Location was spot on.

I liked that the property was in walking distance to town and they also also offered trasportation to other attractions. The property, villas and staff were outstanding. The only complaint was that the messages were not great and not private. But they did their best to comply.

Wir haben das Klumpu Bali Resort für zwei Nächte zu Beginn unserer Reise gewählt und waren überaus zufrieden! Die kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen ist super. Unser Lumbung war sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sehr sauber, wie die ganze Anlage! Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich. Das Frühstück war ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben auch beide Male im Resort lecker zu Abend gegessen. Frühstück und Dinner wurden uns auf die Terrasse serviert. Die gratis Massage haben wir durch Aufzahlung erweitert. Sie war ein Genuss. Wir können dieses Resort ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Très bel endroit au centre se Sanur mais au calme total ! Que 8 villas TRÈS spacieuses et bien décorées. Belle architecture, jardin, parties communes et privées très soignées. Personnel très discret toujours prêt à vous écouter mais sans être envahissant comme dans la plupart des structures à Bali. Ils n’essaient pas de vous vendre des prestations à tout bout de champ mais si vous avez une envie et que vous en faites la demande ils la réaliseront avec rapidité et efficacité. Le restaurant de spécialités locale est très bon. Les prix sont plus que corrects. Les vélos mis à disposition sont très pratiques. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte et délicieux ! En bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour au Klumpu !

This is a small boutique hotel with only eight guest bungalows. Very quiet, easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was great with a great selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Cant say enough about the staff! There is not one thing we would complain about. The bungalows are beautiful and the grounds are stunning! We would definitely return!

夜22時ごろ着いて、翌朝も早くに出てしまったので、もったいなかったです。おもてなしの精神はとても感じました。ウェルカムドリンクと、バリのちまきのようなお菓子を出して下さいました。

We truely enjoyed our stay at this small boutique resort. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Our room, which is a stand alone building, was large and the decor gave a sense of warmth and privacy. The grounds and pool area is very tropical and well maintained. Our only criticism would be that you need to run the water for a long time to get the hot water to run through, but we were on holiday so there was no rush.

Exceptional Hospitality We had an incredible experience at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, humble, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Upon our arrival at the airport at 1 PM, we faced a stressful situation as we lost a passport. The resort’s shuttle service, demonstrating unmatched patience and understanding, waited for us for two hours while we resolved the issue. We are forever grateful for their kindness and support. The breakfast was another highlight — it was absolutely delightful and unique, offering a variety of flavors that felt both homely and special. The lush green surroundings and the tranquil ambience of the resort provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking warm hospitality, serene beauty, and an unforgettable experience. Let me know if you’d like to tweak it further!

Recently stayed at Klumpu with my Wife for 4 nights. The reviews speak for themselves ! Quiet, peaceful and just a little oasis from an amazing cultural Sanur main strip. Amazing staff , very friendly, amazing management team. Super responsive. Our flights into Bali were delayed due to Volcano and they allowed us to push our stay 4 nights which was amazing. Very hard to fault this stay. We will be back with our young children as we were unsure if Sanur and the area was safe for kids. It is safe, and very tourist friendly and the Free driver service within Sanur was handy. If I was to fault anything I would say that the Main food menu and breakfast menu could be a bit larger but it did encourage us to eat locally and try the Indonesian style foods around the area. I'm sure Klumpu strive to provide 5 star service and are always willing to improve this service.

Petit hôtel intimiste de grande qualité

L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, à deux pas de la zone vivante de Sanur. Les chambres sont superbes, spacieuses et très propres. La décoration typiquement balinaise est très élégante. La piscine est très agréable avec quelques espaces isolés. Le service est particulièrement soigné et le petit déjeuner est un régal (sans horaire fixe, un vrai confort).
