「What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again.」

「the workers there are very kind and helpful. During the morning, they will cook eggs and make coffee for us. The hotel is located quite a quiet area, and around 10-15 minutes walk to Sanur beach. Cozy and relaxing environment. Quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel has prepared repellent spray and mosquito net for their guest. Very considerate.」

「Outside is dark and only have a small road can walk into hotel, little far from the beach 」

「Beautiful hotel, sad we were only there for one night! It is across the highway from a lot of restaurants, but with some patience the highway is crossable or you can take a quick grab. The property is stunnig, rooms are really nice, and bathrooms are beautiful and clean too!」

「the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. 」

「Although their email and WhatsApp response was very slow, the experience on the check-in day was quite good.」

「Palm Gardens is a lovely older style hotel in a great area, close to the beach walk and to many cafes, restaurants and spas. The room is a great size, bed was comfortable ( after a topper was added). Pool area is lovely and quiet. On site restaurant has Japanese menu with great food. Made on the front desk is a lovely, helpful and polite man.」

「It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet....
