「Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. 「Hotel is in a perfect location on Calle 60. It is located less than 2 blocks from Parc Santa Lucia, & 5 block from Grande Plaza. Room immaculate, with a lovely patio overlooking the pool. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a Hotel. Fresh cooked to order, with warm fresh from the oven croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. All staff members were EXCEPTIONAL. 「This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)」
