「Bad experience. The hotel has rooms in different locations and just a few people managing the whole thing, communicating via What's App. There is no reception or staff on site at Bocca di Leone. The staff messaged me 4 days before our stay to ask me to pay via What's App, threatening cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly. Why not charge the credit card on file with Expedia like every other hotel, or wait for check-in? We were also asked to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, which...

「Clean and well preserved space, located near to the Rome termini station. Getting in/out of the room is not bad considering the age of the building. The negative experience I had here isn't the property in itself, but to their digital security. It seems like my data got leaked prior to my stay. I started receiving scam-related Whatsapp messages post-booking claiming that I need to provide x, y, z details to a suspicious link, and it also contained my exact reservation dates and contact...
