「The breakfast is wonderful. But we don’t know why the staff didn’t tell us that we can choose two main courses each person. They didn’t inform the guests of this information. The room is not so big, but is clean. The equipment is convenient and modern in this hotel.」

「所處的位置附近沒有商店，只能待在渡假村裡。裡面的環境令人非常舒服，泳池也很乾淨，小孩們玩的非常開心。由於是露天洗澡，會有青蛙和疑似蜈蚣的昆蟲在外面，走路時需注意一下。這邊的工作人員都非常親切，服務也非常的好。」

「Hotel is good, staffs very nice. Including the breakfast is very yummy. However, i stayed there for one night, suddenly no power for five times. One time is during we sleeping, so we dont know and it made us no air con whole night. One more thing is the shower head only very little water come out. It made me cant wash my long hair. Finally i only wash my long hair in washing head there. 」

「I really enjoyed staying at the Swan Paradise with my family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The AC worked great and the rooms were cleaned up nicely. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful to our every needs. The amenities were great too. My family loved using the pools. There was a big diving board which was cool.」

「我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人」

「A villas in rural Ubud with paddy views and swimming pool, the house we resided have four poster bed and spacious restroom. Staff were helpful and polite giving a thorough introduction of the villas when we checked in. We had welcome drinks and in every afternoon, there was complimentary afternoon tea.
