「The welcome at the Grosvenor Arms was great and the homemade cookies on arrival were a lovely touch. The room was a good size, clean, in a lovely condition and quietly facing away from the road. The bathroom was clean and easy to use. The bar was lively in the evening for a friendly pint or two. The breakfast was delicious, in a good quantity and with quality, local ingredients.」

「We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. We had a very satisfied little dog in the room but when she saw the outside greenery she was absolutely thrilled as were we. Unlike a lot of hotels where they claim to be dog friendly but then...
