Hello Jared,Thank you for the feedback, could you please contact me regarding the linen as we receive our linen from a reputable company and our staff return any linen that may have the slightest mark on it photos would be good to show my staff and the linen company. I wish you had of brought this to my attention whilst you were here I'm not sure i could have rectified the problem. Why did you sleep in a bed you thought had blood stains on the linen for 3nights any of our staff would have been happy to help you with your concerns please send me some photos i can pass on.RegardsThe Team at Kanasta

Thanks for your feedback. However due to you posting your review as an anonymous we cannot see which cabin you stayed in so we can rectify these issues. With us having such a large range of accommodation choices, occasionally something may break down or wear out and can become faulty. And by contacting management of these issues so that they can be rectified straight away would have been so much more beneficial for us rather than you putting a review online. We take pride in giving our guests everything they need for their getaway, so if you had spoken with us at the office we could have helped with issue right away. Happy Travels
