「Excellent rooms, great views, we were not fortunate with the northern lights yet we had a great night. We stayed with 2 kids and we enjoyed the place. We would had loved to stay longer but we arrived late and left very early so we couldn’t really enjoy the surroundings. Thank you.」

「We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. 「We got a very nice room with northern light right outside our windows. The room is warm , comfortable, clean and with a superb view, it’s so relax. Lots of area in the complex to chill out, extremely friendly staff. The little shop has a good offerings if you need anything. Communal kitchen is spacious and super clean. 」

Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine, im Bad alle Pflegeprodukte und eigene Sauna. Ein Schrank zum Trocknen der (Outdoor) Bekleidung. Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und schmeckt alles fantastisch! Vieles ist hausgemacht. Restaurant am Abend ist genauso zu empfehlen. Personal ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend aber nicht...

To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
