"A great place to see the Northern Lights. The area is quiet and safe. There are plenty of activities to do during the day: dog sledding, lake visit, or taking a scenic train ride to Narvik. Just a five-minute walk toward the base station and you can see the Northern Lights so clearly in the sky. The view from the Sky Station is great and is worth a visit."

"So glad we booked a stay here! Very beautiful igloo and amazing staff members! And you can experience walking across a frozen river(about 20min) and on the other side of the river they have a Sami style restaurant, supermarket, and a Raindeer museum to feed the raindeers as well! Not to mention the staff was very friendly showing us where everything is and even helped us book a last minute dog sledding tour which was another amazing experience! Thank you guys so much! "

"Very convenient when you want to do tourist attractions such as northern lights tour and they pick you up there - it’s listed as one of the hotels for pickup locations. It was pretty warm inside with insulated heating and a brick wall in your room. They also provided free breakfast, cozy common room, gym, sauna, pool to use. Right next door is the arctic thai and grill restaurant so it’s very convenient to get food there within 2 min walking distance. Also it’s an 8min walking distance from the airport bus that drops you off. Make sure to get off at the last stop which is in Old Kiruna city. "
