This is wonderful place to stay. We had the kids with us and they we made to feel super welcome. The staff are great. Henna was a stand out. I hope I got the spelling right. They have reindeer on site to meet in the evenings. The accommodation ws very well thought out withheated floors to combat the minus 20 degrees. We had a car so it was easy to and from. The food was really nice and plenty of hot chocolate for everyone.

The glasshouse is clean and tidy, staff here is nice The parking site has a b it distance from the glasshouse, probably around 5mins walk but they allow to drive car in the put down luggage before going to parking lot. Also they have reindeer farm nearby and can book reindeer ride directly from hotel with discount.

This property was one that we were really looking forward to staying at and it did not disappoint. The glass hut that we stayed in was very clean and had everything you could need in it. The property provided a lovely breakfast in the morning and the staff were both friendly and professional. We were going to be arriving after the listed check in time and they were very accommodating with when we arrived. The parking was convenient but not super close to the hut. It was nice that we could bring the car close to unload our luggage though. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

I and my wife stayed at this resort for 4 days and found the services rendered by all the staffs excellent and polite especially Henna . During one of the nights while having dinner at the resort restaurant, Henna ran all the way into the restaurant to inform us of the northern lights emerging.During our stays we booked two northern lights hunting tours from the Internet that results in no northern lights sighting but we were lucky to have witnessed a strong dancing northern lights in the resort . The only con is the resort is about 5 mins drive from the main road. We rented a car during our stay as we travelled everyday to Levi for all our activities and the pro is the ample free parking available in the resort . Will highly recommend this resort

Beautiful accommodation with extremely nice staff

The location, the staff and the huts were amazing. The interior was new and modern with lots of details. The staff was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodation and surrounding. The only thing that could be better regarding the price point is the breakfast selection. But otherwise I would totally recommend this accommodation for experiencing Lappland and the northern lights. I would definitely come back and stay at this place.

Cosy but needs some more effort to match price

Cosy place to watch aurora borealis. However price to quality lacking. No restaurant, no minibar, no coffee at breakfast (breakfast also lacking otherwise). Coffee in the room but no milk. Limited greeting service. Very loud thermostat inside the room (however was very efficient to defrost the glass roof). Basically for the price you only get a bed to sleep in and partial glass roof. Wifi was functioning ok. Btw check in is flexible and can be done also after 6pm.

Not what it says on the tin!! Don’t be fooled!

Don’t book this hotel. Having just returned from a 6 day trip staying at different accommodation each night. The most expensive one (this one) was by far the most disappointing! We paid over £525 for one night. There was banging in the electric cupboard all night every 20 minutes keeping us all awake. The flooring had gaps in it! The site had no restaurant on site (despite that being marketed on your website), it’s got no food on site at all in an evening. Nothing , so we had to travel back into Levi to spend the evening away from the hotel that we paid through the nose for. They ship people in there masses to do a reindeers ride. They then try and charge another fee for the people staying in the £525 room! They are mis-selling this property. It’s a hostel based site and service where theyre charging extortionate amounts of money for the undeserving igloos. The service was also poor and the sheer lack of any kind of consideration during our raised issues left us thoroughly disappointed. Go to the Levi spa hotel. It’s leaps and bounds better than this and hundreds cheaper.

Eine sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Iglu mit eigenem Whirpool. Das Iglus war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Es hatte alles, was man Brauch. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Bei Neuschnee wurde direkt geräumt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Das gesamte Team war einfach nur toll und so herzlich, man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Igloos sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, alles frisch zubereitet, ebenso die Heißgetränke. Wir konnten sogar die Nordlichter aus dem Igloo heraus sehen. Es sind auch Rentiere vor Ort, die man mit dem Hauseigenen Futter füttern kann. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und sehr kommunikativ, wir haben super viel erfahren. Mit einem weinenden Auge haben wir die Unterkunft verlassen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für alles!

Hyggeligt og autentisk sted

Meget hyggeligt og autentisk sted. Hytten med glas tag var også rigtig hyggelig, lækkert at der var glas varmer, så man kunne se ud, selv om det havde sneet.. Vi syntes først hytterne lå lidt åbent, men da der kom nordlys, lå de alligevel godt placeret, så vi kunne se det fra hytten og i sengen. Dog kunne morgenmaden være bedre, havde der været varme blødkogte æg, røræg, bacon og en lun pøle, havde det været skønt, så alt ikke bare var koldt og lidt nemt tilberedt. De var rigtig søde og behjælpelige med at bestille taxa uden beregning - hvad vi har oplevet bliver takseret andre steder i det område. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at overnatte der igen 😊
