「We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!」

「This place was incredible, felt magical staying here. I was a solo traveler and I felt super safe. I stayed her for 2 nights Jan 17-19 and on my last night I was able to see the Northern Lights outside of the chalet. The most amazing way to end such a magical trip.
The room was perfect, clean and getting breakfast delivered to the door every morning was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. 」

「Everything was great, the glass igloo, the food in the restaurant, and the staff!!! We mentioned that we had to leave early for our flight and will not be able to eat breakfast. When we came back to our igloo after a long day full of adventures we were pleasantly surprised to find a bag with sandwiches, fruit, juice and protein bars left for us! 「We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. At night, we didn’t get to see the northern lights or stars, but the view of the moon and quiet Arctic sky was peaceful in its own way.

「The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.

「It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. 「I stayed here with my two children who are 11 and 7 years old. We had so much fun. Our stay allowed us two days in the park as well which was a bonus.
