Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets
The property and the location is good. But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across. The receptionists are very unhelpful and apathetic. ...
