「Our room was spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom had not been finished being cleaned apparently. Dirty towels left behind the bathroom door, floor not swept and the wall looked as it someone spilt a drink and didnt wipe it up. I asked for a mgr to reach out to me but heard nothing back.
