「I arrived after midnight on 5/15/2026, and was exhausted after a 6 hour drive. The male receptionist on shift noticed my fatigue and was amazing!! The elevator was not working properly, so the receptionist walked up the 3 flights of stairs to personally send the elevator back down to take me up and prevent me taking the stairs. The hotel only has 1 iron so we had to get in line to use it, and the air conditioner was not working. The female receptionist working evening/night shift on 5/15/2026...

「Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.」

「I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.」
