「The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable!」

「Well this was the first time I had a chance to take my Granddaughter who is 6 out of state and a stay in a Hotel. We both loved the environment, the staff and accommodations. My only issue was washing my Granddaughters hair in the tub - I needed a cup or a nozzle to rinse her hair out properly. Using the shower head from a distance was not favorable.」

「The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.」
