"Was told our room would be cleaned & new towels for 2 days & they never showed up. Hot water was never really hot so showering was in lukewarm warm water. Lots of homeless around but had a nice large grass area for the dog & was a nice location to the college & downtown. Easy access to the river trails as well"

"Second night manager was great. Our room was missing an ironing board, we were given a badly broken one. The railroad was terrible-all night long."

"The room was clean and the modern updates were very nice. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The shower was very nice but there was nowhere to hang a towel or a washcloth and nowhere to put one's shower products except for on the floor. There was not good privacy in the bathroom as the clear window was only protected by a defective set of venetian blinds that didn't prevent pervs from looking in. The bathroom window needs to have some kind of privacy film applied to it. The parking is very limited, and we were towing a trailer that we had to park down Broadway as there was no nearby street parking."
