The Wren is always my first choice in Missoula. Quests need to request a fridge and Microwave if needed. I didn't get my request in soon enough so was given a great cooler BUT no ice. That would have been a nice addition. Staff is ALWAYS wonderful, friendly and so knowledgeable about the surrounding options.

Everything was fine although I was somewhat shocked by the fact the cost more than doubled from its ordinary price because it was a football week-end. Missoula has gotten very pricy.

Absolutely amazing little boutique hotel in downtown Missoula. The area is charming and filled with wonderful local shops and restaurants. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, my husband said it was like sleeping in an REI store in every best possible way! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, the overall charm and cleanliness A+++ and the thoughtful details and amenities were the ick g in the cake. I cannot wait to check out their sister property in my hometown of Boise because if The Wren is any indication, these people have their finger on the pulse and know hospitality! Cannot recommend enough!

We reserved the Wren king room which was very nice but we needed a refrigerator in the room and this particular room does not have a refrigerator so they offered us an upgrade to a suite which did have a refrigerator. I would recommend reserving the suite anyway, because it has a separate sitting room with a television and refrigerator that is separate from the bedroom. The staff, especially Marilyn was extremely accommodating and friendly. Great hotel.

Katie at check in was awesome Any years of travel all over the world, this was the most friendly informative and efficient check in Room was spectacular and spacious Early AM coffee at lobby for guests Location in the heart of downtown Cute attached coffee shops that imports bagels from NYC Missoula is the cutest college town with a nice downtown and river walk Great breweries A must visit town and the Wren a must stay cute hotel Thanks Katie

Front desk was helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what I was hoping for and made the one night I was there enjoyable. Walking distance of different night life and morning activities.

Unique property in the middle of downtown. No onsite parking meant we had to lug our stuff from the parking garage 3 blocks away to the hotel in the middle of the night. The rooms were great.

Not only was this hotel clean and conveniently located but the night receptionist rescued with at the airport when we arrived very late and there were no taxis. For the remainder of our stay, the level of service offered by staff continued to be exceptional.

Very nice current property no must know fuss but nicely pointed and has a simplicity to it. I stayed there twice. I’d do it again. They were great. They upgraded us to a suite without me asking for it. It was really quite nice. I give it a high rating!
