Went to check in around noon asking what time the check in is and they said to come back and check in at 3 and everything was good with the switching of the dates. We paid the pet deposit, and an extra fee for the difference in pricing and finally got checked in...

「The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke...
