This would be an amazing resort, except for a few things that would make the stay much better. It would be nice if the lobby had some kind of shutters for the wind as it’s super windy there so much so that you can’t sit up there and enjoy the view. Again for the lobby bar, it would go a long way to have some kind of music playing, even if it’s not live entertainment. The worst thing is all the beach/pool chairs are covered in poop all the time. It would be nice if you could have the chairs washed. The food is amazing, the staff is super kind. At the preferred lounge when you took a drink to go, it was given to you in a paper cup, which became super wet and sloppy. Plastic drink ware would be preferable.

Our stay did not meet expectations, especially considering we booked a Preferred Club room. The room was not ready at arrival, and once we checked in, the floor was dirty and required additional cleaning. The room itself did not feel upgraded, and Preferred Club benefits were unclear and did not justify the added cost. The Preferred pool and spa areas were also consistently cold. Service throughout the resort was slow and inconsistent. We often had to request basic items like water refills, and communication barriers affected the dining experience. Food quality was disappointing across the buffet, specialty restaurants, and café—many dishes were bland, repetitive, or served cold, and several food safety concerns were observed. Entertainment options were minimal and not particularly engaging, though the turtle sanctuary and the assistance from Mark at the pool concierge were highlights. The spa provided the best experience, offering excellent service, though at a premium price. Overall, the resort did not deliver the level of quality, service, or value advertised, and the Preferred Club upgrade did not enhance the experience as expected.

We enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. Yes its far from everything, but when you're wanting a vacation away from the busy home life it's perfect. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I spent 5 days here and everything was wonderful! The amenities, the food, the service, the pools, our room…all of it was amazing. We had many experiences where the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable getaway.

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Preferred club was worth it for my wife and I. From the bell boys to maids to servers, service was remarkable. Abel and Fernando were our main pool servers at the preferred club pool and they were awesome. Highly recommend the hotel.

We loved the ocean view, the friendly staff, delicious meals, and the amenities including the gym, entertainment, ans pool area. The activity staff and servers all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Great experience at the hotel. A little upset that there was multiple miscommunication. Thania was great help from the concierge desk but no one communicated with her that they changed our room after she had everything set up for a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. Also had a romantic dinner set up and nothing was communicated again I went to go ask if it was ready and no one knew anything about it. Joel at the preferred bar lounge was great he made our stay very memorable very friendly and kind even though working long hours he made sure he took care of us in a caring manner. Overall great stay on the property.

The staff were incredible! So kind and helpful. The food was amazing - lots of choices for restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and every one overlooks the ocean. My family loved this resort. The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment and they needed more chairs around the pool.

We felt very safe due to two check points to enter the property. Staff was attentive and friendly. There were several meal options, but the World Cafe breakfast was our favorite. The ocean view was beautiful from every room.
