「Staff could have been a little more friendly and keeping the open table area cleaner. Also the pool was frequently out of towels and reception was at lunch so there were no towels. 」

「We stayed at The Dalles Inn which is connected to The Rayland but is the less expensive option. We highly recommend. Super clean. Great bed and pillows. You can tell it’s an older hotel the has been remodeled a few times but it is well done. We would definitely stay there again. Greg at the front desk is amazing.」

「The room we had was facing the parking lot. It was extremely noisy due to it is next to the I-84. The air conditioner under the window also produced enormous noise that we had to shut it down. The bed was too soft to offer any support. Felt exhausted after sleeping. I stayed in this hotel a decade ago. I had a great memory. Sorry to see its condition deteriorated to this. Staff were friendly, though.」
