「The room was clean but it was so tiny. You couldn’t even open a suitcase. Tiniest room I’ve ever seen. Too claustrophobic. We did not stay there and moved on. Very disappointed!!!!」

「Check in staff was great! Rooms are very tiny with no AC :( The lobby isn't always available and the staff answering the phone for help was rude and outright disrespectful. We ended up going somewhere else and did not extend our sta. 」

「We are so happy that we stayed here, we took a chance & booked online not knowing what to expect. It was wonderful! Very clean & quiet throughout. The staff was great & accommodating. They currently have ongoing renovations but it didn’t affect us at all. We look forward to staying angain after work is complete. 」

「We stayed at The Dalles Inn which is connected to The Rayland but is the less expensive option. We highly recommend. Super clean. Great bed and pillows. You can tell it’s an older hotel the has been remodeled a few times but it is well done. We would definitely stay there again. Greg at the front desk is amazing.」
